You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.
To be eligible:
- You must have purchased directly from getlaural.com
- Your request must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date confirmed by tracking
We do not require you to return the product. If you've tried it and it didn't work for you, that's enough for us.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support.laural@gmail.com with the subject line:
Refund Request – Order #[your order number] - Include your full name and the email address used at checkout
- We'll confirm your refund within 2 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrived damaged, leaking, or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send a photo of the product and packaging to support.laural@gmail.com
- We'll send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice
What We Don't Cover
- Orders placed through third-party retailers — please contact the retailer directly
- Requests submitted more than 60 days after delivery
- Dissatisfaction due to allergic reactions — we strongly recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before purchase (visible on product page and packaging)
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product or quantity, simply request a refund and place a new order.
