Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
We do not ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) or internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, check your spam folder or contact us at support.laural@gmail.com.
Delivery Issues
Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund if needed.
Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. GT Scale Commerce LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us immediately at support.laural@gmail.com if you notice an error — we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.
Stolen packages: We recommend contacting your local post office or filing a claim with the carrier. Contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
